After decades-long quest, Steve Libert to begin unearthing historic shipwreck.

"SO THIS is how this thing ties into the presidential election," said Oak Hill resident Steve Libert. He was talking about his long quest for a 17th century vessel called the Griffon, a sprawling tale that began in his junior high school years and ended up with him having a piece of an underwater shipwreck "arrested" by U.S. marshals last month.
